Request one documented call

Tell us who to call and what needs to be put on the record.

Claim Lane places the call, discloses that it is an AI calling assistant at your instruction, asks the questions you provide, and returns an accessible result page containing the documented outcome, a structured summary, any reference numbers supplied, and the available source record, which may be an audio recording, transcript, or detailed call log. No individual component is guaranteed when unavailable because of consent, refusal, destination policy, or technical limitations.

Usable result or refund.

What you get back
  • Documented outcome
  • Structured summary
  • Any reference numbers supplied
  • Available source record: audio recording, transcript, or detailed call log
  • Named department or representative when provided
  • Unanswered questions
  • Next useful move

No individual component is guaranteed. Availability depends on consent, refusal, destination policy, and technical conditions at the time of the call.

One price. One documented inquiry.
$39one-time
One documented administrative inquiry. You receive the documented outcome, structured summary, any reference numbers supplied, and the available source record, which may be an audio recording, transcript, or detailed call log.
Secured by Stripe · One-time, no subscription · Usable result or refund
One Record Call order may include multiple connection attempts to complete one documented inquiry.
Step 1 — Who you are
Used only to send back the result. Not added to any list.
Claim Lane is currently for patients and members using their own information. Third-party requests are not supported.
Step 2 — Accessibility framing
Most calls use the standard disclosure. Choose accessibility only if you want the call framed that way.
Disclosure the agent will use on the call

Step 3 — What call to make
Call the insurer to ask the documented status of a prior authorization request.
A short label so you know which call this is when you get the result.
U.S. number, with country code. We'll normalize formatting.
Write it like you would text a friend. You do not need to know the department name or the exact insurance term. Example: "Ask whether they received the provider records request, whether a control number exists, and what the next step is."
Used only for this call and artifact workflow. Not shared with Stripe. Do not enter identifiers that are not needed for the call.
Step 4 — Confirm before purchase
Before purchasing, please confirm:
Your purchase covers one documented administrative inquiry. What comes back is a usable result: an accessible result page containing the documented outcome, a structured summary, any reference numbers supplied, and the available source record, which may be an audio recording, transcript, or detailed call log. No individual component is guaranteed. That result is the product, not a guarantee of resolution. Results not guaranteed.
Text updates (optional)
We always email you the result. If you want, we can also text you when the call is placed and when it is done. Email stays your primary channel either way.
One documented Record Call. The available source record (audio recording, transcript, or detailed call log), a structured summary, and any reference numbers provided by the destination are included. Identifiers are redacted by default in text, though spoken identifiers may remain in the audio. If we reach a person and they refuse to answer the question, you get the documented refusal. If we cannot reach a person at all, you get your money back. If your request cannot be handled safely as one focused administrative call, we may decline it and refund the purchase rather than place a low-quality call.
