Claim Lane

About

Many insurance denials sound complete before they are actually complete. The first step is not always an appeal. Sometimes it is a clarification request, a provider-capability check, a channel correction, a proof request, or a documented escalation trigger. The goal is not to generate more argument — it is to act in the right channel, with the right written move, before the record gets worse.

The free Record Check is the starting point: paste your denial language and Claim Lane identifies a likely pattern and the next written question to check. When Record Calls are available, they will place a documented call on your behalf and return the recording, transcript, structured summary, and captured reference numbers. Record Calls are currently in limited testing and are not open for public purchase.

The platform is built around three operating layers: classification, coordination, and record-building. The reasoning that decides which call to place, and how to read what comes back, is described on the methodology page. Claim Lane is an administrative record-building tool, not a law firm or legal service.

Claim Lane was developed by a patient-researcher after documenting administrative contradictions in a Florida PPO dispute. The experience of trying to get clear answers from insurance while managing a chronic condition was the starting point.
