Claim Lane Case · trust note

A second check on consequential transitions.

When a Case is about to make a consequential transition, Claim Lane independently checks the current evidence and the authority you gave it. This check is initially run in shadow mode: it helps us compare decisions, but it cannot place a call, spend money, close your Case, or override Claim Lane’s safety controls.

What is shared

The integration receives minimized evidence descriptors, explicit authority scope, event and retrieval times, and the current Claim Lane build identity. It does not receive member names, emails, phone numbers, claim numbers, raw transcripts, or payment details.

Claim Lane keeps the Case record authoritative. A refusal, contradiction, inaccessible channel, or reported fact remains labeled as such; a later retrieval does not make old evidence current.
