Billing

  • Record Call: $39 per call. Paid at checkout via Stripe.
  • Connected Audit: $49 per month. Billed by Stripe on a recurring basis.
  • Record Check: Free. No payment required.
  • All charges appear as "Claim Lane" on your statement.

Refunds

If the output did not provide a clear diagnostic path or a concrete next move, email us within 7 days of your purchase. We will review it and refund if warranted.

Refund support applies if the paid packet did not include at least one of: a usable written question, a documented next administrative step, or — where coordination was offered — a coordination plan. The carrier's response is not under our control and is not the basis for a refund.

To request a refund, contact support@lane.claims with the email used at checkout, your case ID if available, and one or two sentences about what was not helpful.

Privacy & Data

Claim Lane is an administrative record-building tool. We minimize the personal information we collect and store. Do not paste insurance member IDs, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or other direct personal identifiers into the Record Check textarea.

You may request deletion of your case data at any time by emailing support@lane.claims with your case ID, checkout email, or call reference. Deletion removes the result from active systems; backups and subprocessor logs may retain data longer where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Read the full Privacy & Data Handling page.

Terms

Claim Lane does not provide legal advice, medical advice, or clinical guidance. It does not represent you, file claims on your behalf, or assure any outcome with an insurer. Use of this tool does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Limitations

  • Claim Lane does not promise that any insurer or provider will respond favorably.
  • The specific fields recovered from a call depend on what the representative or system says on the line.
  • A documented refusal — when the line refuses after the agent identifies itself — is itself a valid administrative outcome.
  • Coverage is currently focused on Florida PPO non-self-funded cases. Other plan types and states may have limited support.
  • The Record Call is a single focused administrative inquiry, not an ongoing negotiation or appeal filing service.
