MHPAEA Parity Engine v0

Find a mental-health parity gap in your own claims.

Insurers sometimes pay out-of-network telehealth for medical care but deny the same out-of-network telehealth for mental health. Upload your claims export and this engine finds the out-of-network telehealth claims, splits them into medical and mental-health by diagnosis code, and surfaces where structurally identical claims were treated oppositely.

Remove direct identifiers first. Keep only: claim number, dates of service, diagnosis code, network status, place of service, and billed/paid amounts. We do not store your file.

Most carrier member portals can export your claims to CSV. Column names do not need to match exactly — common names are recognized automatically.
Diagnosis codes that start with the letter F (ICD-10 F-codes) are mental-health diagnoses. No direct identifiers — claims data only.
Not legal advice. This engine is an administrative analysis tool, not a legal opinion. It identifies a payment differential pattern from the claims you provide. Always verify against your own plan documents and claim records. We do not submit anything to your carrier; you review and send the generated text yourself.
